Alloy copper CuCrZr current nozzles are significantly harder than standard unalloyed Cu –DHP nozzles,
especially in high temperatures (ca. +200°C) higher softening temperature.
Material hardness offers many benefits:
- Better power transmission to the wire
- More reliable wire feeding. Wire does not get stuck in the nozzle.
- Perfect surface finish.
- Less wear.
