- Up to 100 % higher cutting performance for machining steel and stainless steel compared to carbide burs with conventional double cut system
- Designed to achieve a high material removal rate without a negative effect on vibrations for the user
- Aggressive milling behaviour, large chips, high material removal rate
- Manufactured in accordance with strict quality standards, including full inspection of soldered connections
- Product packaging made of 100 % PCR (recycled plastic from household waste), 100 % recyclable
During use, wear appropriate protective equipment such as eye protection, hearing protection, protective gloves. Observe the recommendations on rotation speed (n) and cutting speed (Vc) for the material to be machined as well as the tool/material assignments in the overview tables. Before use, ensure perfect concentricity and the correct clamping function of the tool drive. Do not select the clamping length too short. We recommend a minimum clamping length of approx. 2/3 of the shank length. Due to the high cutting performance, discolouration on the shank may occur. This is due to the extremely high temperature and does not constitute a safety risk. The machining is usually counter-stroke. Suitable tool drives: Flex shaft drive, straight grinders, robots, machine tools.
