- Load marking: the largest allowed load in the most disadvantageous direction is clearly marked on the lifting lug.
- Material 1.6541, forged, heat refined, crack inspected according to EN 1677-1.
- 4 x security: basic substance requirement Fe37> St37 (1.0037)
- It must be checked that the lifting nut is tight before lifting.
- Avoid lifting positions that can tighten or loosen the thread.
- Note: the screw can open due to side loading.
- When used in mining, the nominal load must not be exceeded even in the most advantageous load position.
- Reserve an even area the size of the E diameter.
Notice
The screw can open under lateral load.
Instructions
If a separate bolt is used for the installation/fastening of the RS ring bolt, the bolt must have a strength rating of at least 8.8.
The thread of the screw must go through the bolt.
