Hole saws have carbide-tipped teeth. Hole saws are intended for making neat and clean holes in hard and abrasive materials.
Suitable for lightweight concrete, brick, tile, clinker, laminate boards, fibreglass, chipboard, plywood, furniture boards, stainless/acid-resistant steel, cast iron. Not suitable for stone and hard concrete. Cup depth 31 mm
Applications: Construction, HVAC, machine shops, service shops, maintenance. Machines: Hand drill, box column drill, magnetic drill.
A hole saw with carbide teeth fits into the same holders as HSS Bi-metal ones. Choose a starting drill bit according to the material you are drilling.
