The One Piece connector’s sleeve is already pressed against the spindle’s sleeve slot.
The connector is always equipped with a sleeve.
Please note that the One Piece connector is officially approved for specific tubes only.

BANJO connections use a banjo bolt
- Seal with a copper gasket
- Seal on both sides of the banjo connection’s sealing face
- Inch-type banjo connections have a different hole size than metric connections
Note the ferrule stripes and the K or J type marking on the One Piece connector.
K: intended for a 2-ply cross-ply tube, sizes 1/4” = 04 and 3/8” = 06.
J: intended for a 2-ply or 3-ply cross-ply tube or a 4-spiral tube, sizes 1/2” = 08 – 1 1/4” = 20.
The strength of a K-type ferrule is significantly lower than a J-type ferrule. The two types have their own compression dimension tables.

One Piece connectors have been tested/certified for use with Bridgestone/Intertraco tubes.
The official compression dimensions are in use when the One Piece connector is attached to a Bridgestone/Intertraco tube.
One Piece connectors have not been tested for use with Tekno/Premier tubes.
