If used outdoors and in rooms that are constantly exposed to high humidity, please use ASSY 4 A2 or A4 stainless steel screws and, if atmosphere is chlorine-containing, HCR stainless steel screws
- ASSY 4, ASSYplus 4 and ASSYplus 4 VG chipboard screws are optimised for use in wood and engineered woods. For applications in plastic anchors where the admissible load can also be reduced, use only screws without an optimised thread tip (tip with milling ribs, drill tip, self-clearing groove etc.), such as the ASSY D screws with countersunk head or pan head

For steel-to-wood connections designed for withstanding large pull-out forces
The full thread starting immediately below the head enables a high load-bearing connection designed for withstanding large pull-out forces, e.g. hardware-to-wood or plywood-to-wood connection. The maximised thread length increases the force required to pull out the screw.
Can be used for outdoor applications and utilisation class 3 in accordance with EN 1995-1-1
- Five times higher corrosion protection of the zinc-flake surface, chromium(VI)-free, 20 µm layer thickness, 1,000 h in salt spray test in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9227
- Utilisation class C4 in accordance with EN ISO 12944-2

- For optimum use of the screw, use the RW bit that fits exactly
- Full-thread screws are suitable for secure fastening of metal fittings or thin materials. Select a screw length that is less than the plate thickness of the screw surface
